Social templates, the team posts without a designer in the loop, the brand stays consistent anyway.

Marketing posts on social platforms 3-5 times a week. Designing each post one-off doesn't scale; templates that go off-brand the moment a non-designer edits them don't either. We build templated systems with locked brand tokens, editable copy slots, and per-platform sizes so the team posts at speed without breaking the brand.

What we build

  • Per-platform sizes from one source

Same post designed once, exported at LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Threads aspect ratios. Figma variant per platform with the layout adapted, not just cropped. The team picks the platform; the template ships the right format.

  • Locked brand tokens, editable copy

Color, type, logo placement, and spacing locked at the design-system level. Copy fields editable by the marketing team. A non-designer can ship a post; they can't accidentally pick a brand colour outside the palette.

  • Template families per post intent

Announcement, quote, stat, carousel, event-promo, founder-update, customer-story, behind-the-scenes. Each family with 2-3 variants. The marketer picks the intent; the template provides the structure.

  • Carousel templates with logic

Multi-slide carousels with title, body slides, and a call-to-action slide. Numbered progress, consistent layout, slide-count flexible. Carousels stop being a per-post design project.

  • Photography + illustration slots

Templates that handle real photography (founder headshots, product screenshots, event photos) and brand illustration. Image masking and color treatment apply automatically; awkward photos get cropped to fit the system.

  • Export pipeline for the marketing team

Templates exported as Figma files with Figma's variants/components, plus a quick-export Figma plugin set up so the team can produce final assets in 30 seconds, not 30 minutes.

Where this fits

  1. Your marketing team posts daily and every post is being designed from scratch.

  2. Your social feed has visual drift because each post was made by someone interpreting the brand differently.

  3. You're scaling content output and the design team can't keep up with the volume.
