Pitch decks, narrative first, slides second, decks that carry the room.

Most pitch decks are feature lists wrapped in a brand template. The good ones tell a story, what's changing, why now, what we do, why we win. We build decks from the narrative outward and design every slide to support the spoken pitch, not replace it.

What we build

  • Narrative arc, then slides

Five-act arc: world is changing → here's why now → here's what we built → here's what's working → here's why we'll keep winning. Slides come last, as the visual evidence under each beat.

  • One idea per slide, headline-led

Every slide has a single takeaway in its title. The visual underneath supports the takeaway. The presenter delivers the rest. We don't write four bullet points and call it a slide.

  • Data visualised, not tabulated

Charts that show the trend instead of tables that hide it. Per-chart treatment: log scale where the range demands it, small multiples where comparison matters, sparklines where context matters more than precision.

  • Speaker notes that earn the page

Each slide ships with speaker notes that give the founder the line for that beat. The deck still works if the founder reads off; it lands better when they don't.

  • Variant decks from the same source

Investor pitch, sales pitch, board update, town hall, same brand, same source slides reordered and re-headlined per audience. We design the system so variants are 30 minutes, not a week.

  • Built in Pitch or Keynote, not a Webflow site

Decks live where decks belong, Pitch for collaborative editing, Keynote for the on-stage performance. We don't reinvent the medium; we use the right tool and ship the deck.

Where this fits

  1. You're raising and the current deck is a feature tour that's not converting first meetings into second ones.

  2. Your sales team is using slides built by the previous founder and the product has moved on.

  3. You're presenting at a conference and want a deck that doesn't look like every other Series A on the bill.
